When you join Billshark, you will use our special formula to explore savings opportunities with various providers, saving our customers money and making their day! Our thorough training program will teach you new skills and prepare you for success after “graduation”, when you join a team of “Sharks”, and work together to provide an outstanding customer experience!
Everyday you will review bills, consult with customers, reach out to providers on behalf of the customer to save them as much money as possible. The best part? You deliver the great news of the savings! As you and your team document the customer “journey” in the CRM, you will identify new savings opportunities that help us become even better at what we do; save people money!
To succeed in this position you must enjoy working with people, have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to win people over, have a positive, "do what it takes" attitude, thrive on delivering better service than expected, and align with our core values; Tenacity, Camaraderie, and Hunger!
