Shark Lead

Responsibilities:  

  • Achieve your personal savings goal while taking on additional tasks
  • Assist in motivating your peers/team to achieve set goals
  • Assist in coaching and training your pe ers/team to be proficient with systems, provider knowledge, performance and quality metrics
  • Approve/Deny Requests (On Hold, Bill Type We Don’t Negotiate, Dupe, and Dead Bill)
  • Review savings verification for accuracy and completeness
  • Maintain all existing Shark responsibilities
  • Perform additional responsibilities as needed
    • Help facilitate team meetings
    • Conflict resolution
    • Compile and report end of day numbers

Requirements:

  • At least one year experience in shark operations (or equivalent external experience)
  • Top 10% performer preferred
  • Has exhibited leadership traits - You are the go to person on your team
  • Has proven trust and confidentiality when it comes to being included in conversations regarding sensitive information
  • Reliability! Infrequent call-outs/stellar attendance
  • Has shown the ability to communicate effectively to diverse personality types (Respectful with the ability to effectively convey Shark topics)
  • Drive! You have the desire to be the best. You frequently go above and beyond
  • Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/tasks and responsibilities
  • Critical thinker with a record of problem solving
  • Maintains a positive attitude regardless of the situation
  • Patience, with the ability to understand others’ perspective
  • Enjoy laughing and not taking the 'bumps in the road' too seriously
