Billshark Customer Service position - Entry Level

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with customers explaining the process, setting expectations, and delivering the great news of successful cancellations!
  • Calling, emailing and chatting with the customer's providers (Comcast, AT&T, Hulu, Netflix, Stitch Fix, Amazon, etc.) on behalf of the customer to cancel their services.
  • Track and document and cancellations in the CRM
  • Provide an overall exceptional customer experience by delighting customers with above and beyond service. 

Requirements:

  • Full-time, 40 hour work week IN OFFICE
  • General techinical/PC capabilities
  • Dependability
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Positive, do-what-it-takes attitude
  • Willingness to learn new things
