Customer Success Liaison

                                                    

Responsibilities:  

 

  • Act as Customer Service liaison by triaging tickets and tracking customer issues to resolution
  • Triage daily tickets and ensure we adhere to our SLA’s on response times
  • Perform Quality checks to help maintain a top-notch experience
  • Work directly with the Credit/Collections team to resolve customer billing inquiries
  • Participation in ad-hoc projects
  • Recording payments in multiple systems (voids, refunds, etc.) on a daily basis
  • Communicate invoice adjustments to customers
  • Field phone calls for customers paying over the phone

 

Requirements:

 

  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate leadership skills with a sense of urgency and ownership
  • Able to manage multiple concurrent projects/tasks and responsibilities
  • Proficient PC skills including but not limited to MS Office including Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to win people over
  • Enjoy laughing and not taking the 'bumps in the road' too seriously
